Incentive Trips – Hokkaido Japan
The Brief
Clients wanted guests to experience the, food, weather and the scenery of post winter activities that Hokkaido has to offer. They also wanted a local experience that is unique and exclusive.
The Execution
The trip was organised during spring where the weather was comfortable, the flowers were beginning to bloom as they experienced many outdoor activities in the country side during this period. A surprise for the gala dinner was dressing all guests in local Yukata for dinner and walking in the streets of Hokkaido for memorable photo opportunities.
