Insurance Agent Promotion Ceremony
The Brief
The event needed a management system to display names of agents who were receiving the awards on screen. As the agents would queue randomly, it would be logistically heavy to manually take names and for the names to be projected on stage instantaneously.
The Execution
We created a name projection application, LARA. Guests can randomly appear before the stage and their names and event Key Visual would appear on the screen for their picture taking. LARA saved manpower, error free data entry giving clients great flexibility and a WOW feature in award presentation. It also gave the recipient a great experience when receiving the award with the customisation of names on screen.
