Sales conference
The Brief
We needed a venue that we could fit 650pax and to also ensure that people at the back of the ballroom experience the same excitement as the people in the front. This can only be achieved if we had content with 360 panoramic screens to create an immersive experience for the conference and Gala Dinner.
The Execution
We found a venue with a 360 LED wall that we could program, created 360 content and achieved the objectives for Conference, Exhibition and Gala Dinner. Customised content was created throughout the entire event engaging the audience through the conference with no delegates feeling left out.
